Richard Vornbrock is a qualified garden designer. Due to personal interest as active rider, the first equestrian surface was built more than 20 years ago. This was a benchmark in the equestrian industry! In 2007, Richard Vornbrock left garden designing with his brother, Thomas Vornbrock, and founded Vornbrock Equestrian Surfaces GmbH. His expertise, his ability to quickly grasp the wishes and requirements of his customers as well as his reliability quickly helped the company to make its mark in the sector. Both smaller riding facilities as well as international sports riders have been keeping faith for years. Because what started with classic and solid knowledge has continuously been developed by the „drive for discovery“ of the owner Vornbrock and his never-ending innovations. Very important to him: closely listen to the customer and together raise the bar even higher!

Project planning and managing, professional for material and mixtures
After being trained as landscape gardener, the passionate eventing rider pursued landscape architecture studies. Pure coincidence led him to get in contact with Vornbrock Equestrian Surfaces. The idea to combine his private passion, equestrian sports, with his expertise knowledge at Vornbrock became enthusiastic.
Thanks to his active years in equestrian competition, he knows about what is important both for the event organizer as well as for the active rider. Since 2007, he is – along with Richard Vornbrock – responsible for material check and managing of all surface projects as far as horse and rider are concerned. And he still enjoys his work as you can find out for yourself once you get to know „Bernd, bundle of energy“ who is recognised both by customers and colleagues for his precise and reliable work.
